===== Payment Timing =====

Payment must be made in advance.
Your order will be considered confirmed once full payment has been received.
Please complete your payment within three (3) business days, including the order date. Kindly note that items may sell out in the meantime due to timing differences.

*Except for orders that include processing/customization, items will be shipped within two (2) business days after payment confirmation. (We are closed on Wednesdays and do not ship on that day.)
After we send you an order confirmation email, we will send a separate payment request email with instructions for completing the payment.

===== Delivery Timing =====

For deliveries outside Japan, the delivery timeframe is not fixed and remains undetermined.

For in-stock items confirmed by 4:00 PM, items that do not require processing will be shipped within three (3) business days.
Items requiring processing will be shipped after the number of days separately indicated by us.

Pre-order and special-order items will be shipped as soon as they arrive in stock.

For deliveries outside Japan, we cannot accept returns or cancellations after payment has been completed.
All items are inspected and cleaned prior to shipment before being carefully packaged.
